I found that if you make a shortcut to IE 8 on your desktop, right click the shortcut and select "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" itll open your browser and then "Open new tab" and "open in new window" issue resolved. Anyone know of a fix for it? Or how to reinstall IE 8 as it WAS working when i initially installed windows 7.
As the title asks, How can I reinstall IE 8 for windows 7 ? I am having the issue where "Open in new tab" or "open in new window" does not work.
